【Important Notice】Compliance Reminder on Export Declarations

Release time:

2025-05-23

Due to recent national export control policies, Chinese Customs has significantly tightened inspections on certain import/export goods. To avoid delays, fines, or even legal consequences, please pay close attention to the following categories that are currently under strict scrutiny:

Rare Earth Magnetic Materials: Products containing Samarium, Terbium, or Dysprosium (e.g., magnetic sheets, rings, and blocks) are controlled. Deep-processed components like speakers or motors are currently not restricted.

Metal Materials: Items made of steel, aluminum alloy, or titanium alloy that may contain rare earth elements must declare their composition accurately.

Zero Tariff Products: Items such as metal and paper products under 0% tariff will be strictly checked for proper classification and valid certificates of origin.

Zero Export Rebate Products: Materials like raw steel or timber are not eligible for export VAT refunds. Misdeclaration to obtain a rebate poses serious regulatory risks.

Lithium Batteries: Must not contain restricted chemicals (e.g., thionyl chloride). Dangerous goods handling certifications, labeling, and packaging are required.

Knife Products: Kitchen knives and similar items must meet non-restricted specifications (e.g., blade length < 220mm). Certification is recommended.

Chemical Products: Items like UV glue, ink, epoxy, powders, or resins must include complete and consistent MSDS; lab testing may be required.

Products with Sensitive Keywords: Items with terms like “pump,” “valve,” “alloy,” “laser,” “fan,” “remote,” “drone,” “mold,” “titanium plate/pipe,” etc., are more likely to trigger inspections.

Please ensure all declarations are accurate and compliant. If you have any doubts, consult our logistics team in advance. Let’s work together to prevent unnecessary risks and delays.
