Effective immediately, for containers subject to Maritime Bureau inspection that contain battery-included products (such as power banks), it is mandatory to provide the full set of compliance documents for the entire product, including:
• Transportation Assessment Report
• MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet)
• UN38.3 Test Report
Please note:
• The submitted documents must clearly state the product’s full name and model, and these must match the declaration on the customs documents and the actual goods.
• Reports for battery cells alone (inside the product) will not be accepted by the Maritime Bureau.
• If such documentation cannot be provided during inspection, the Maritime Bureau may order the shipment to be returned.
To avoid delays and potential losses, we strongly advise all customers to prepare the required documents in advance and ensure full compliance.
